>> How do I place an order for power leveling?

Placing your first order in powerlevelingsky-wow.com is easy. Just follow these steps:

a. Make a choice from “Starting level” and “Desired level” in the powerleveling page. Click "Calculator" button. The price will appear. Then you can click "Make an order" button to place an order! Entering your information for powerleveling, such as your account and password, server name (US or EU) and character name, and you should also leave your email to us.

b. Pay for your order via PayPal.

c. Once payment is confirmed your order will be submitted for processing. We usually start new orders within 2 hours upon receiving your payment.

d. Contact us via MSN, Skype or E-mail.

e. You will receive an E-mail both when we start and finish your order.

>> Do you use bots or macros?

No. We stick to enforced internal policies strictly to safeguard customers' game accounts. Any bots, macros, game bug exploits or any in-game behavior from other third parties are forbidden during our service. Every single character is leveled by 2 or 3 expert players that conduct themselves in an ethical manner in the game. Your character is primarily leveled via what is commonly known as "grinding" where we play solo simply killing monsters over and over. However we do sometimes do simple quests to obtain experience. We have extensive knowledge of your game's world and know the best areas & quests to level your character as fast as possible.

>> When do you start to level after I pay?
Normally, we start leveling within 2 hours after receiving your payment. Sometimes our departments can get full and it may take longer for your order to start. In this condition, we'll inform you at once and let you know the waiting time.

>> How fast you level up my character?
We usually need 13-16 days to complete 1-60 level up. The speed of leveling up depends on the class you choose. Generally speaking, the rogue and the hunter will be leveled up fastest and the paladin will be leveled up slowest. Be well noted that any delays in the leveling deadline that due to force majeure such as: Network/Game Server down (failure) will not be compensated by us.

>> Why are you suggested powerlevel a brand new account?

Indeed, risk does exist when you fling yourself into PL service. We highly suggest our prospective customer to power-level a brand new account to avoid any collateral damage to the big-ticket character(s) that dwelled in the existing account in case of mishap. If you insist on leveling your existing account instead of a brand new one, please be mindful that we only take full responsibility of the integrity of the character being leveled (including its soulbound equipment) but not of any collateral damage or loss to your other character(s). Moreover, you'd better transfer all of your wow gold to other account(s). It's not like we need them to do the powerleveling. Existing gold in the account would seem more like burden to our power leveling agents, so to speak.

>> All loots will stay on the character, right?
Of course! You retain all gold and loots during the powerleveling. In addition, you will typically gain good equipments and substantial game money. We will sell useless items (like gray and bad green items) to vendors and put good ones (like rare or epic or good green gears) into bank.

>> I don't want to be found that I'm using your service.
If we happen to run into someone who is familiar with your character, we indicate that we are a friend or relative just trying out this game or we will just ignore all tells and flag you as AFK or DND while leveling. If a GM sends a tell to you, we'll say hello to him/her. You may also let us know something specific to say in such situations. We will not under any circumstance reveal the leveling service.

>> Can I play with my character while leveling?
We strongly recommend you not to do that. Because two different IP addresses appeared during a very short time may lead to the suspicion from Blizzard. If you log in your account without our permission, we'll not shoulder the responsibility of any possible suspension.

>> What security precautions are taken to protect my personal information?
We take your privacy extremely seriously. We have system in place to screen every order and protect who has the given orders' information. Information given to us will never be disclosed to any third party and is only given to those in our company who need to complete your order. Apart from the account password, DO NOT provide the customer service or powerleveling agents with any of your personal, sensitive or password information, such as your bank account password. Once your order is completed, please do change your password. We will not bear any responsibility after 24 hours since the email has been sent.

PayPal will make two small deposits into the bank account attached to your PayPal account and they will request that you verify exactly the amounts that they have deposited. After checking your bank records, simply enter the deposit amounts into PayPal's query page and your account will then attain verified status.

>> What is a pending e-check, and why do I need to wait for it to clear?

A pending e-check is a type of payment option available with Paypal. A pending e-check is just like writing a normal check, except electronically. Just like normal checks, pending e-checks take a few days to clear while Paypal verifies the funds are present within the senders account. Once the check has cleared, the money is transferred to powerlevelingsky-wow' account and then our service can take place within 2 hours thereafter.

>> How do I avoid sending an e-check?
An e-check results when a payment is sent from an unverified account without sufficient balance in the Paypal account to cover the cost of the order. Paypal must contact the bank and verify that the funds are present, thus the cause of the 3 to 4 day delay. To avoid sending an e-check, first complete the verification process for your account, and then make sure the funds are present in Paypal before you place an order.
